Long time friends and artists, Susan Conner and Kathy Ruck present “Forest Bathing”. This group of paintings will highlight the beautiful sights of various parks and preserves, from local delights, such as White Clay Creek Preserve, to scenes from further away, such as Ricketts Glen in Pennsylvania, and the Blue Ridge Parkway in Virginia.
Susan says of their show:
“The name [forest bathing] brings focus to the restoration of good humor that a walk in nature will bring to the walker. Painting what we see and feel is part of the process of enjoying the woods.”
Their mutual love of nature has inspired a unique collection of works celebrating the peace and beauty of exploring outdoor spaces.
