In addition to our public shopping hours, DCH members will enjoy a special Members-Only Shopping Hour on Friday, December 4, from 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM.
Vendor Space & Fees

Vendor spaces are approximately 10' x 10'.

Bundle up! All vending will take place outdoors in either our courtyard or garden areas.

Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables and tents (optional).

The vendor fee is $75 and includes participation on both days.
Setup & Breakdown
Friday Setup (December 4)

Setup begins at 10:00 AM

All vendors must be fully set up by 2:00 PM
Saturday Setup (December 5)
For vendors who choose not to leave items onsite overnight:

Setup begins at 8:00 AM

All setup must be completed by 9:15 AM
Breakdown

All vendors must be fully broken down and removed from the site by 2:00 PM on Saturday, December 5.
A vendor map with assigned booth locations and event logistics will be provided to all approved vendors prior to the event. DCH will make every effort to accommodate placement requests but cannot guarantee specific locations. Additional parking and unloading instructions will be distributed with the vendor map.
Overnight Storage
Vendors may choose to leave approved items onsite overnight between Friday and Saturday.

Tents and tables may remain in place overnight in the courtyard. The courtyard is secured by a locked gate.

Product for sale may be stored inside the DCH facility overnight.

Food products may not be stored onsite overnight.

Vendors may alternatively choose to remove and return their products each day.

DCH Vendor Table (Commission Sales)
Vendors who are unable to attend Evergreen Faire in person may apply to sell merchandise through the DCH vendor table for a 20% commission on all sales.
Because DCH is representing these products on behalf of vendors, all merchandise must be reviewed and approved by DCH prior to the event. DCH reserves the right to decline any products that do not align with the mission, values, audience, or space limitations of Evergreen Faire.
Approved vendors participating through the DCH vendor table will be responsible for delivering products to DCH by an agreed-upon date and providing pricing information, inventory details, and any product-specific instructions necessary for sales. DCH will manage all customer transactions and payment processing during the event and will issue vendors a check following the Faire for the proceeds of their sales, less the 20% contribution fee.
